Progress update: Siting, Drilling and Construction of 60No. Boreholes in the Upper West and Savannah Regions of Ghana
This post covers Month 3 progress for the project involving the siting, drilling, and construction of 60 boreholes (Lots 1–7) on behalf of ActionAid Ghana (AAG).
Following a successful periodic inspection by the monitoring team, a joint team from Homeland Resources Ltd and contractors across all lots conducted site inspections to assess progress.
The project has reached 98.67% overall completion , with key activities, including concrete pad construction and handpump installation, fully completed. Contractors are making steady progress and are on track to deliver the remaining works within the timelines outlined in the revised work programmes.
