Remodelling of space into molecular biology laboratory for the Food and Drugs Authority on the first floor of the FDA Heights in Tema
The project was inspected by a joint team from Homeland Resources Ltd and the contractor, J. Oboboam Construction Limited to examine the ongoing construction , determine the physical progress of work, assess the quality of work on site, check for delays or errors, and assess health and safety protocols on site.
The project has achieved 65% completion , with site progress assessed as satisfactory. The contractor continues to make steady progress and remains on track to deliver the remaining works within the scheduled project timelines.
